When should I submit my traffic ticket?

Submit your ticket to TIX CLINIX ASAP. If no fine amount listed on citation go to the website of the municipality that issued your ticket and look it up. When you have found the fine amount you can snap a photo of your traffic ticket (both sides) and either send as an attachment with a text message, or use your Email to send to TIX CLINIX.

Attorney client relationship?

The Attorney client privileged relationship is between the client and the lawyer.

Is TIX CLINIX a law firm?

TIX CLINIX is not a law firm; it is a 501 C 3 Non Profit Organization; we are a lawyer referral service which provides a more convenient, more cost-effective alternative to hiring a law firm.

Can I hire a lawyer on my own ?

Yes, however, hiring your own lawyer directly can be more expensive than choosing TIX CLINIX. In most of the Counties where we operate, lawyer fees can range from $300-$800 excluding Court costs and the fine amount itself.

Should I challenge my traffic ticket?

It’s your right to do so if you want. By doing so you're simply asking the Court to meet their obligation of proof of guilt. Most people do not fully understand the negative effects of getting a traffic ticket.

Can I talk to the lawyer who will handle my case?

Definitely / Of Course; Your lawyer is YOUR lawyer.

Once we have reviewed and verified your traffic ticket you will be provided with your lawyer's contact info. You can contact your lawyer directly whenever you want.

Do I have to pay my lawyer separately?

No. What you pay to TIX CLINIX will go directly to your lawyer plus our administrative services. The amount you pay to TIX CLINIX is all you will  have to pay. Except for extenuating circumstances. (past warrants etc.)

Do I need to appear in court?

In the majority of cases a Court appearance is not going to be necessary. “Better to be driving than in a court room.”

Can I attend the hearing if I would like to?

Of course you have the choice to attend if you want to. To coordinate simply reach out to your lawyer. TIX CLINIX does not participate in your relationship with your lawyer.

Will I receive any correspondence regarding my case?

Yes. You will receive a series of notifications from TIX CLINIX including:

1.When your traffic ticket has been verified and accepted.

2.The details of your lawyer who will handle your case.

3.When your case has been filed with the Court.

4.When your hearing date(s) is/are scheduled.

5.The outcome of your case.

Will I receive any  notifications regarding my case?

The exact notifications via TIX CLINIX will depend on your type of traffic ticket and where it was issued. You can contact your lawyer directly at any time.

In most Counties, you will also receive a notice in the mail when your hearing date has been scheduled. This notification is generated by the Court and is for information purposes only.

How long do I wait to find out the outcome of my case?

Varies from County to County and on the type of traffic ticket. Moving violations can take up to 6-8 weeks or longer for certain tickets pending location. You will be advised once you've submitted it to TIX CLINIX review and process. Questions: you contact your lawyer.

Why can't I find TIX-CLINIX on the app store?

Right now,  TIX CLINIX is available as a web-based application that you can access right from your mobile or desktop browser with no need to download an app from the app store.

Negative affects of a traffic ticket?
